An chance for a Records Management Officer has become available at an accounting firm on St Kilda Road.
Due to changes within the firm, they are seeking a Records Management Officer to assist and report to the Practice Manager, working as part of the Records Management team on various projects.
This role offers potential for growth opportunities.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Experience in records management, ideally within an accounting or legal practice
Proficiency in MDS Suite
Comfortable with learning new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong focus on time management and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable, flexible, adaptable, with a can-do attitude




Positive and proactive approach
Organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding the importance of confidentiality when handling documents
