Key responsibilities
Drive showroom floor sales and consistently exceed monthly revenue KPIs.
Deliver high-touch customer service and expert client relationship management.
Control day-to-day store operations, stock flow, and inventory management.
Execute visual merchandising (VM) layouts to maintain premium showroom presentation.




Coordinate local in-store marketing and seasonal promotional campaigns.
Skills & experience we are looking for
Proven sales background within big-ticket retail or showroom environments.
Demonstrated ability to build client rapport and confidently close premium deals.
Prior operational background handling stock control and visual merchandising.
Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Physical capability to lift stock up to 20kg and valid Australian work rights.
