Ayra Kabir Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Time Cook to join our team in Widgee, QLD. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences
n
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
n
Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
n
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
n
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
Train and supervise kitchen staff, as needed
n
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
n
Adhere to portion control and cost management guidelines
n
Handle and store food products properly
n
Assist with inventory and stock management
n




Other duties as assigned by management
n

Requirements:
n
n
12 months of work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
n
Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent
n
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
n
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
n
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
n
Must have a valid work permit for Australia
n
