IBS Integrated Branding Solutions is seeking a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Finishing and Extras Operator to join our production team on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality finished products.

Key responsibilities

Assist with finishing, trimming, cutting, assembling and packing products

Prepare completed jobs for dispatch or the next stage of production

Check finished work for quality and accuracy

Follow job specifications and production instructions

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area

Assist the production team to meet deadlines

Report quality or production issues to your supervisor

Assist with other production duties as required

About you





Reliable and punctual

Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive work

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality

Able to follow instructions and established processes

Able to work efficiently in a production workplace

A positive and cooperative team member

Willing to learn new equipment and processes

Able to work independently once trained

Previous experience in printing, signage, manufacturing, production, warehousing, packing or finishing would be an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person
