Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to lead proactive WHS initiatives across our NSW/SA homes. You will provide strategic advice, investigate incidents, and partner with frontline leaders to build a protected, compliant workplace.

You will analyse trends, drive risk reduction programs, and foster a culture of safety while coordinating with the National Health and Safety Manager. This hybrid role requires travel to our NSW and SA homes and robust stakeholder engagement.
