Blackbook Recruitment is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own and grow a high-value Sydney hospitality territory. This on-the-road role focuses on managing a portfolio of pubs, clubs, restaurants, bars and hotels across Sydney, delivering against defined sales targets.
