Honey Birdette is seeking a Head of Merchandising Planning to lead forecasting, inventory management and replenishment across its global boutique and digital network. You will work with the Director of Product & Planning to drive weekly and seasonal plans, optimise stock and maximise sales and margins.

You will oversee the Merchandise Planning team, provide explicit priorities, and collaborate with Design, Production, Retail, Marketing, Digital and Finance to keep product activity on track.
