Duties and Responsibilities

Underwrite and manage a portfolio acrossSME Packages / SME Commercialrisks
n




Drive recent business growth by developing robust, value-adding broker relationships
n
Be highly visible in-market—spending time in broker offices, working with broking teams on opportunities
n
Review submissions/slips with brokers andmake confident underwriting decisions
n
Provide practical underwriting support and solutions to help brokers win and place business
n
Maintain accurate underwriting records and contribute to ongoing process improvement
n
n
We are looking for someone with
n
n
Proven underwriting experience inBiz Packs / SME Commercial
n
Solid broker-facing capability with confidence building senior relationships in-person
n
A commercial, proactive approach—comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes
n
Energy, presence and a growth mindset (suited to someone looking to move away from a more corporate setting)
