Our client operates a highly regarded restaurant, café and bar with a strong focus on Tasmanian produce, local wine and quality hospitality .
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can drive service standards, develop the team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or a solid Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step.
The Role Working as the 2IC to the Food Beverage Manager , you will help lead the day-to-day operation across restaurant, café, bar and events.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the front-of-house team Overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner services Maintaining high standards of service and guest experience Training, coaching and developing team members Assisting with rostering, ordering and stock control Supporting events and functions Ensuring RSA,
