The Prospect
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a corporate / commercial lawyer, with approximately 1–4 years' PAE, to join this highly regarded team as a Lawyer or Associate depending on experience.
In this role, you will enjoy working on a diverse mix of corporate / commercial matters for high-quality clients in a range of industries, including:
share and business acquisitions and sales;
shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements;
IP, copyright and licensing;
structuring and asset protection; and
more!
You'll work closely with an exceptional Partner and senior lawyers (in a sizeable team of nearly 10),
