Coliban Water is seeking a Change Manager for the Rural Water Efficiency Project (RWEP) to lead people, policy and process change over a 2-year term with potential extension.
You will work across the organisation to implement change that enables adoption of recent systems and ways of working, impacting over 1,150 rural customers in the Greater Bendigo region.
The role requires experienced change professionals, with solid facilitation and coaching skills, and a team-oriented delivery approach.
