We are seeking an experiencedSenior Payroll Officerto join their team.

Base pay range
A$100,/yr - A$110,/yr
Key Duties
End-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy across data entry, calculations, and deductions.
Maintain employee data and profiles to the highest standard.
Respond to and resolve payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
Deliver regular reporting and payroll analytics, including inputs for board and committee papers.
Manage and action tickets within agreed timeframes.
Provide payroll insights and analysis to support business decision‐making.
Ideal Experience




Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience in a high-volume environment (large teams or complex processing highly desirable).
Previous exposure to the retail sector.
Robust reporting, analytics, and manual payroll calculation skills.
Experience with in-house payroll systems.
Solid knowledge of EBAs and awards, with robust attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
