Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to co-lead our vibrant, rapid-paced café. We have been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all‑day breakfast, lunch, coffee and crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, inspire and develop our high-performing team
- Assist to manage daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitment
- Maintain high-quality food, coffee, and service standards
- An all-rounder who is willing to learn all parts of the business inc. FOH, kitchen & management
- Contribute to process improvements and menu innovation
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control

About you

- Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced café
- Strong coffee knowledge and service focus
- Knowledge and passion for food and beverage
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication and team development skills
- Maturity and initiative to help manage the venue
- Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
