- Proactively seek potential client via social media
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
- Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
- Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application, including documents, under the CRM
- Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application
- Attend qualified training and industry event from institutions or the company
- Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
- Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
