About The Role
Link Airways is seeking a Customer Service Officer and/or Ramp Agent to join its FBO team based at Canberra Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure protected and efficient handling of aircraft, including baggage handling and towing
- Provide exceptional customer service at check-in and departure gate
- Prepare aircraft catering and ensure onboard supplies are loaded
Essential Requirements
- Previous airline or customer service experience highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture
- Comfortable working independently within a small team
