Senior Designer

Studio G Architects is seeking a Senior Designer to join our growing, design-focused practice in Campbell.

n

The Senior Designer leads interior design efforts across multiple projects while managing projects through all phases. This role combines design vision with project management accountability and serves as a key creative leader, managing projects through all phases, leading interior design efforts across multiple assignments, and driving design integrity from concept through construction. The role also acts as a primary client contact and firm representative.

Key Responsibilities Include

n

- Lead conceptual design, space planning, and presentation development
n
- Serve as primary client contact and clearly communicate complex ideas verbally and graphically
n
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
n
- Manage financial tracking, proposals, and contract compliance
n
- Supervise consultants,



vendors, and internal team members
n
- Mentor junior staff and participate in design reviews
n
- Support business development efforts, including interviews, proposals, and client relationship building
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years of relevant experience
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across all phases
n
- Strong leadership, presentation, and client-relationship skills
n
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp preferred
n
