Job Description

n
- 7+ years' experience in desktop engineering, IT Support and Endpoint management in a large enterprise setting.
n
- Experience architecting stable, secure and scalable solutions in an enterprise endpoint environment
n
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade EUC solutions across Windows, Virtual (W365/AVD), macOS & mobile computing environments
n
- Experience managing Windows modern workplace environments using Intune, Autopilot and SCCM
n
- Experience managing Apple and Android operating systems using Intune, placing a strong emphasis on security and compliance
n
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management and MDM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE etc.)
n
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills to automate deployments and configurations
n
- Experience implementing endpoint security controls, e.g., Encryption, Privileged Access, ASR etc.
n
- Partner with other technology squads to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences
n
- Demonstrated ability to act as a senior escalation point & mentoring other team members
n




- Confidence in acting as a senior of the group with the ability to manage expectations and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
n
- Ability to maintain clear communication during major incidents or high-impact events and steer the situation to resolution
n
- Act as the quality control, reviewing and validating technical work completed by the team to ensure security, accuracy, and professionalism
n
- Champion continuous improvement, helping uplift EUC processes, standards, documentation and team capability
n
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows/Virtual, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android operating systems
n
- Ability to map business requirements into technical solutions & deliver solid and user-friendly SOE
n
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in Windows Autopilot device provisioning technologies
n
- Advanced knowledge of M365 productivity apps deployment, management and security
n
- Up to date knowledge on desktop/laptop hardware and associated peripherals and be across modern methods to manage them.
