An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commercial Office Leasing Executive to join a highly regarded and well-established property organisation, working across a prominent Sydney office portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leasing professional looking to take ownership of leasing outcomes across a high-quality portfolio while working alongside an experienced and collaborative property team.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting into the senior leasing team, you will play a key role in driving the leasing performance of a diversified office portfolio.

n

You will

n

n
- Develop and execute leasing strategies across a portfolio of premium commercial office assets
n
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective tenants, leasing agents and key stakeholders
n
- Identify leasing opportunities and proactively managing vacancy across the portfolio
n
- Conduct inspections, managing negotiations and progressing transactions from enquiry through to execution
n
- Prepare leasing recommendations, market updates and deal analysis for senior management
n
- Work closely with property management, asset management and project teams to deliver leasing outcomes
n




- Monitor market conditions, competing buildings, rental levels, incentives and tenant demand across the CBD
n
- Build strong relationships with the broader agency and brokerage community
n
- Support asset positioning and strategies designed to maximise occupancy, income and long-term asset performance
n

About You

n

We are looking for a commercially minded leasing professional who is confident dealing with tenants, agents and senior stakeholders.

n

n
- Experience in commercial office leasing, ideally within the Sydney CBD
n
- Robust understanding of the CBD leasing market and current occupier trends
n
- Demonstrated negotiation and transaction management capability
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive and relationship-driven approach
n
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or property industry experience
n
