As General Manager, you will lead Regis Drysdale, creating an environment where residents, families and employees thrive. You will:

What You'll Bring

- Strong leadership experience within aged care, health or a related services environment
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
n
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets
n
- Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirements
n
- Proven capability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
