We're currently looking for a Optical Dispenser to join our Ringwood and Croydon practices. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and professional team.

What the Role Looks Like

You'll be involved in:

n

- Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations
n
- Providing frame styling and eyewear advice
n
- Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
n
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
n
- Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
n
- At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience
n
- Previous independent practice experience highly regarded
n
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred
n
