As the Care Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our care team in delivering high-quality services to our Support at Home clients. You'll be the administrative backbone - helping keep things running smoothly and supporting both our staff and clients with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Ensure all documentation and administration is up to date to assist Care Managers manage workflow of existing clients and the procurement of new clients.
n
- Attend to any administrative duties as required by the Care Managers.
n
- Assisting the Care Managers with arrangements of services including raising of purchase orders.
n
- Ensure timely updates, and complete required admin tasks including scanning, filing,
and quality assurance follow-ups.
n
- Respond to phone and email enquiries, follow up on leads and referrals, consultatively recommend services, and ensure clear communication between clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
n
- Assist with scheduling, office supplies, event planning, visitor greeting, and other administrative support as required to enhance both team function and client experience.

About you
n
n
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the aged care sector.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
n
- Maintains a qualified and approachable demeanour, upholding confidentiality, company policies, and the values of Dovida.
n
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust and use sound judgement.
n
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and full ownership of responsibilities.
