Job Description

Mt Gravatt Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team in a two-theatre day hospital. You will deliver clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred care within a cooperative leadership team.

You will oversee governance, staffing, rostering, and workforce requirements while supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals. An emphasis on developing staff and strengthening patient outcomes is central to this role.
