About the Role

n

You will take ownership of complex live‐environment projects from site establishment through to handover.

n

You'll manage client and subcontractor relationships, ensure site safety, and oversee project schedules.

n

You will use first‐principles building methods to solve technical challenges on‐site, and identify additional scope as it arises in existing buildings.

About You

n

n
- Have experience as a Site Supervisor on complex remediation, rectification, or refurbishment projects from start to finish.
n
- Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, OHS White Card, and are computer literate.
n
- Prioritise safety above all else, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained on site.
n
- Run a clean, organised, and well‐structured site, understanding that this is essential for smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
n




- Take a commercial view on projects, balancing costs, requirements, and quality to make informed and practical decisions.
n
- Thrive in agile, live environments, spotting challenges early, pivoting quickly, and turning obstacles into wins.
n
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
n
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and foster a site culture that motivates productivity and project success.
