An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll and rewards professional to join a growing global FMCG business.

Working closely with HR and payroll across Australia and Current Zealand, this role will take ownership of payroll operations, remuneration processes, employee benefits and people services administration. You'll play a key role in driving payroll accuracy, strengthening governance, and improving employee experience.

- Lead payroll operations across multiple weekly, fortnightly and off-cycle payrolls while managing UKG One View and Kronos/Workforce Management environments
n
- Drive payroll, leave and time & attendance process improvements within a business currently undergoing systems and payroll transformation
n
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, system vendors and global teams to resolve complex payroll, leave reconciliation and workforce management issues.

The Role
n
Reporting into the HR leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery
n
- Owning payroll governance, reconciliations, reporting and audit readiness
n
- Leading remuneration review processes, salary benchmarking and reward administration
n
- Managing employee benefits and recognition programs
n
- Investigating and resolving payroll,
leave entitlement and time & attendance discrepancies
n
- Working closely with UKG and internal systems teams to troubleshoot payroll and workforce management issues
n
- Supporting leave reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across payroll and workforce management platforms
n
- Producing payroll, remuneration and workforce reporting and insights
n
- Driving continuous improvement across payroll, HR administration and people systems processes.

About You
n
We're looking for a hands‐on payroll professional who thrives in a complex environment and enjoys getting into the detail.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll for Australia AND New Zealand in a complex workplace
n
- Strong experience with UKG One View
n
- Experience managing outsourced and standalone payroll
n
- Experience with UKG Workforce Management / Kronos or similar time & attendance systems
n
- Exposure to leave reconciliations, payroll controls and payroll governance
n
- Experience managing weekly, fortnightly and off-cycle payrolls
n
- Strong troubleshooting and systems problem‐solving capability
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of payroll and employee queries
n
- A proactive, organised and resilient approach to work.
