Job Description

- Conduct audits for disability and human services to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
n
- Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
n
- Evaluate policies, procedures and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
n
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of audit findings.
n
- Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to clients.
n
- Stay updated on changes to regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
n
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for quality assurance.
n
n
The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:
n
n
- Robust understanding of disability and human services regulations and standards
n
- Knowledge of the NDIS program.
n
- Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
n
- Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
n
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members.
n
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
n
- Drivers licence.
n

- Base salary ranging from $120,00 to $130,000 AUD, plus superannuation.
