What you'll do
n
n
- Command ATR 42 operations with full accountability for safety, compliance, and punctuality.
n
- Lead and mentor the crew, fostering strong CRM, clear communication, and a just culture.
n
- Plan and conduct flights in accordance with company SOPs, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Complete rigorous preflight preparation: weather, performance, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
n
- Exercise sound judgment and manage threats and errors in dynamic operating environments.
n
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and post‐flight debriefs to support continuous improvement.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
- Current ATR 42 type rating.
n
- Unrestricted ATPL issued by CASA, EASA, FAA, or an ICAO member state.
n
- Valid Class 1 medical.
n
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
n
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
n
- Current Police Check.
n
- A relevant degree and/or five years of relevant aviation experience.
n
- At least one year of employment as flight crew.
n
- Access to a computer or device capable of viewing the company Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
n
- Proven leadership, decision‐making, and safety‐first mindset.
n
