What You'll Do
n

- Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs.
n
- Guide curriculum planning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
n
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and contribute to exceeding outcomes.
n
- Inspire your team through coaching, modelling best practice, and professional development.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
n
- Current Working with Children Check.
n
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
n
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
n
- A passion for supporting educators and creating outstanding outcomes for children.
n
n
