What you'll be doing

n

n
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office spaces, retail locations and industrial facilities
n
- Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure properties are well-maintained
n
- Collecting and processing rent payments, managing arrears, and maintaining accurate financial records
n
- Negotiating recent lease agreements and managing lease renewals
n




- Overseeing all building maintenance and coordinating contractors for repair work
n
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
n
- Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
n
- Preparing comprehensive property reports and financial statements
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
n
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market and industry regulations
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
n
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
n
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
n
- Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field is preferred
n
