Mission Australia is seeking a part-time family and carer mental health support role based in Grafton, NSW. You will engage with carers, assess needs, and develop personalised support plans, travelling to Coffs Harbour as required. A pool vehicle is provided for work travel.

The role involves coordination, advocacy and building solid partnerships with local services, with a focus on reducing the impact of mental illness on families and carers.
