Home Hunters Group helps everyday Australians get into the property market through house and land packages tailored to first home buyers.

We're looking for a confident, energetic Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for people who have already enquired about buying their first home.

n

Your job is simple: have great conversations, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments with our Senior Home Specialists.

n

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where quality matters. We're not looking for appointments just to fill a calendar, we want genuine opportunities that convert.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Call warm leads only – no cold calling
n
- Speak with first home buyers about their goals and situation
n
- Qualify potential buyers and identify genuine opportunities
n
- Book appointments with our Senior Home Specialists
n
- Follow up leads and manage your pipeline
n
- Work towards KPIs and conversion targets
n




- Bring great positive energy and ideas to improve results
n

About You

n

You'll be confident, positive and sharp on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly.

n

You'll also have:

n

- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or a similar role
n
- Robust communication and objection-handling skills
n
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
n
- Great positive energy and resilience
n
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
n
- Appropriate Australian working rights
n
- Property experience isn't required — full training provided.
