- Previous retail or trade sales experience highly regarded
n
- Strong product knowledge or genuine interest in tools, hardware, or trade supplies
n
- A target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment

- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail

- Confident using POS and computer systems with a willingness to learn new technologies

- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

What your day will look like

- Engage directly with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email to deliver tailored product advice and solutions

- Promote deals, bundles, and product features to maximise sales opportunities

- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience, every time

- Support merchandising and stock presentation in line with company standards

- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and uphold brand reputation

- Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and industry trends through regular training
