WE'RE HIRING - SENIOR SALES ESTIMATOR!

Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our team.

n

We're looking for someone who genuinely knows residential building, not just how to price a plan, but how a home comes together from sales and preliminaries right through to construction.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- 10+ years' residential building industry experience
n
- Strong estimating & quoting knowledge
n
- Residential pre-construction / preliminaries experience
n
- Experience with construction & project management software
n
- Design & drafting knowledg
n
- Strong sales and communication skill
n
- Carpentry or trade background highly regarde
n
- Excellent practical construction knowledge and attention to detai
n

This is a great opportunity for an experienced building professional who can look at a plan or quote and recognise when something is missing, something doesn't look right, or something may not work on site.
