Job Description

Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support high-quality clinical pharmacy services aligned with SHPA Standards and National Standard 4 for medication safety. You will advise patients and healthcare professionals, lead medication reconciliation, discharge counselling, and contribute to audits and reporting as part of a multidisciplinary team.
