The Person We Want
n
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the entire finished result, not someone who considers the job finished once the hole has been patched.
n
When you leave a property, we want the customer to look at the repair and struggle to tell there was ever damage there in the first place.
n
You'll suit this role if you:
n
n
- Take genuine pride in your finishing work
n
- Have strong plastering and painting skills
n
- Can assess damage and determine the best repair method
n
- Understand the importance of preparation
n
- Work cleanly and respect occupied homes
n
- Can work independently without constant supervision
n
- Take ownership of your jobs from start to finish
n
- Communicate when something changes or additional work is required
n
- Can manage multiple maintenance jobs throughout the day
n
- Enjoy variety rather than working on the same construction site every day
n
- Want to be part of a growing company where good tradespeople can progress
n
n
What We Offer
n
n
- Full time, stable employment
n
- Competitive salary/package based on experience
n
- Company vehicle and fuel
n
- Consistent Monday- Friday work
n
- Variety of plastering, painting and maintenance work
n
- Strong office and scheduling support
n
- Established systems and processes
n
- Chance to develop into senior or supervisory positions
n
- A growing business with opportunities for people who want to progress
n
n
Why Join Us?
n
We're building a maintenance business focused on quality workmanship, strong communication and getting the job completed properly from start to finish.
n
Having tradespeople who can complete multiple stages of a repair is a big part of that.
n
Rather than sending one person to patch a wall and another person back to paint it, we want capable tradespeople who can take ownership of the repair and deliver the finished product.
n
If you're an experienced plasterer and painter who enjoys maintenance work, problem‐solving and having variety in your day, we'd like to hear from you.
