High Reach Forklift Driver - Cold Storage

We are looking for an experienced highreach forklift operator to join our client who is a global leader in the food industry!

n

Available shifts 4am and 11am, based in Greeanacre (cold storage warehouse) offering an ASAP start!

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Working within cold storage
n
- Happy to handle meats (chicken, beef, pork)
n
- Operate forklifts, including counterbalance and high-reach trucks, to load, unload, and transport stock.
n
- Handle inventory control, including stock checks and accurate record-keeping.
n
- Pick and pack orders for production department, with precision, ensuring timely completion.
n
- Stock putaway from receiving and returns from production
n
- Wrap pallets for transport and ensure all goods are securely prepared for delivery.
n
- Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse setting.
n




- Support the team in the receiving and dispatching of goods to meet company standards.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Understanding of GMP
n
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly with receiving, inventory management, and dispatch.
n
- Proven ability to operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
n
- Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-capped boots and hi-vis clothing.
n
- Physical fitness, with the ability to lift items up to 25kg.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
n
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
n
