This is a leadership role for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to drive real impact. We're partnering exclusively with a leading supply chain technology business to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager into their finance team.

You'll lead the finance function across multiple operating businesses within supply chain. This isn't a routine compliance role - you'll drive process improvement, deliver strategic financial analysis to senior leadership and mentor a finance team while shaping how finance partners with the business.

About the role:

- Partner with operational leadership to understand financial drivers and translate them into actionable decisions that improve commercial performance
n
- Build and maintain robust financial reporting and planning frameworks that provide clear visibility across multiple business units
n
- Own the financial control environment - ensuring accuracy, compliance and integrity across all reporting and transactional processes
n
- Identify opportunities for cost management, efficiency gains and process automation - and implement them across the finance function
n
- Build and mentor a finance team capable of supporting the business at scale, while establishing yourself as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership

What they're looking for:

Someone who combines technical finance rigour with genuine commercial awareness along with:

n

n
- Substantial exposure to complex, multi-site or multi-entity operations
n
- CA or CPA - Big 4 / Mid-tier audit or corporate finance background, ideally with experience in logistics, technology, or similar scaling operations
n
- Comfort working at scale with multiple stakeholders, prioritising competing demands and translating financial concepts for non-finance audiences
n
- Experience leading finance transformation, system implementation or process redesign initiatives
