About The Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Performance Portfolio Analyst to support the management of service contracts, supplier performance, and operational delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contracted services are delivered efficiently, meet customer expectations, and achieve business objectives.
n
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical coordination skills, and a solid understanding of business controlling principles, including budgeting, cost management, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
n
Based in Campbellfield, Vic or Richlands, Qld.

You are a highly organised and stakeholder-focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering quality outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
n
- Business Controller or commercial management knowledge and experience
n
- Sound understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
n
- Experience in contract establishment and administration
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
n
Desirable

n
- Experience working within service, maintenance, or industrial environments
n
- Experience supporting operational and financial performance reviews
n
