THE ROLE
n
We're looking for an experienced residential maintenance plumber who's confident both quoting and getting on the tools.
n
You'll diagnose problems, quote solutions and carry out work, with around 3 jobs a day, not 8.
n
As your quoting skills grow, there's opportunity to spend more of your time quoting. But you need to be a great plumber first and happy to get your hands dirty.
n
12+ months quoting experience preferred.
n
THE GOOD STUFF

- Our quoting plumbers earned around $180K last year, including commissions
n
- Averaged around 43 hours a week
n
- No on-call. No weekends.
n
- Minimal overtime
n
- Central work,
mostly Inner West
n
- Around 3 jobs per day
n
- Weekly training and development
n
- Newer vehicle + everything you need provided
n
- Proper coffee + stocked drinks fridge at HQ
n
- Inner West-based
n
n
