Role and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- List Residential properties for sale
n
- Deal with Enquiry and show properties
n
- Prepare property reports
n
- Maintain the database of listings and contacts
n
- Attend all training sessions as directed by the Principal
n
- Apply all procedures required of this role.
n
- Prospecting future listings and clients
n

Skills & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need the following:

- AgentsRep Certificate
n
- Drivers License
n
- Ability and willingness to develop and manage a database of contacts
n
- Able to "Close"
n
- Company Vehicle Provided
