- $45 – $50 per hour

- Monday to Friday (8 am to 4pm)

About the role/Job Description

n

As a Community Registered Nurse you will;

n

n
- Work with our team in a hands-on client facing role
n
- Medication assistance, assessment and monitoring
n
- Wound care and Wound Reports
n
- Intake Assessments
n




- Continence assessments
n
- PEG changing and care
n
- SPC/IDC changing and care
n
- Care planning and report writing
n
- Workplace support of client care team and new team members appropriate to role.
n
- Working within a team of Community RNs & Support Worker's supporting our clients receive high quality clinical nursing care within their homes.
n

Essential & Desirable Criteria

n

The ideal applicant will have;

n

n
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 2 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Ability to maintain high standards of secure clinical care.
n
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
n
- Australian unrestricted Driver's Licence.
n
- Criminal record check (or willingness to obtain same)
n
- Working with children check (or willingness to obtain same)
n
- Current first aid certificate.
n
- NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain same)
n
- Smart phone and internet access.
n
- 2 Contactable Manager referees
n
