The Role

Your portfolio and level of responsibility will be tailored to your experience. For an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you'll have the autonomy to manage a quality portfolio of up to 80 commercial properties, supported by an established sales, leasing and administration team. For someone earlier in their commercial career, you'll receive mentoring and support while gradually taking on greater portfolio responsibility. And if you're currently in residential property management and looking to transition into commercial, you'll be supported with structured training across commercial leases, rent reviews, renewals, compliance and landlord management.

What You'll Be Doing





- Managing a quality commercial property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day portfolio requirements
- Working alongside an established sales and leasing team
- Delivering a high level of client service

About You
