Job Description

The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Senior Prison Officer to provide a critical role at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre. This position leads custodial teams, coaches staff, and manages day-to-day operations to support safer prisons.

The role requires solid leadership, supervision, and case management of more complex offenders, with a Monday to Friday roster and eligibility for public holiday remuneration under the VPS Agreement.
