Job Description

I am looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst for an initial 6-month contract supporting a key operational excellence / business transformation program. You will partner directly with operational leaders to review current-state workflows, challenge legacy practices, identify efficiencies, and build robust future-state documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess end-to-end operational processes across quality, efficiency, control, and customer experience.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to challenge current ways of working and identify automation or standardisation opportunities.
n
- Develop transparent process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
n
- Design and implement scalable future-state operating models that lift productivity and compliance.
n

About you

n

n
- 5+ years of experience across continuous improvement,



process redesign, or business transformation.
n
- Proven track record mapping processes and drafting comprehensive SOPs/documentation.
n
- Lean Six Sigma training or qualifications a bonus - Yellow/Green Belt
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
n
- Experience in a business process role within a shared services, service operations, BPO, or offshoring projects is advantageous.
