In this role, you will

n

n
- Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
n
- Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
n
- Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
n
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
n
- Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.
n

n

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- A adaptable approach to work — you're happy to support across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
n




- Disability Industry experience; Lived experience of disability is highly valued.
n
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs, including catheter care, bowel care, and diabetes management.
n
- Experience working in Supported Independent Living and providing personal care.
n
- Experience in managing behaviours of concern, administering medication and manual handling.
n
- The ability to stay calm, think quickly, and provide steady, confident support — even when things get challenging.
n
- A positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
n
