We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major enterprise SAP transformation program within a large Queensland organisation.

n

This role will focus on business process analysis, process redesign and operating model improvements across a complex enterprise SAP environment. You will work across business and technology teams to understand current processes, define future requirements and help establish sustainable ways of working across the replatformed environment.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead current state and future state business process analysis
n
- Gather, analyse and document complex business and operating requirements
n
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams
n
- Undertake business process reengineering and identify opportunities for optimisation
n
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a renewed ICT Operating Model
n
- Assess impacts to existing policies, procedures and business processes
n
- Develop clear business, process and requirements documentation
n




- Support knowledge transfer and handover into the organisation
n

Required experience

n

n
- Strong background with large enterprise SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution, SAP ECC HR/Payroll Solution or Infor WFM Rostering solutions or similar
n
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst
n
- Proven experience in business engagement, including requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops.
n
- Demonstrated expertise to identify key issues, perform research and analysis and develop and document solutions.
n
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
n
- Government, health or another large regulated enterprise environment highly regarded
n
- Experience with unionised workforce transformation will be advantageous
n
