The Opportunity

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll balance hands-on clinical work with the opportunity to support and develop other clinicians within the team.

Clinical Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing clients and developing individualised, evidence-based treatment plans

- Managing a varied community-based Physiotherapy caseload

- Supporting clients to improve mobility, function, independence and overall quality of life

- Applying advanced clinical reasoning across a range of presentations
n
- Providing advice regarding appropriate treatment and rehabilitation options
n
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation
n
- Supporting the development and implementation of clinical programs
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinical processes and service delivery
n
- Developing clinical resources and educational materials
n
- Maintaining contemporary clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development

Leadership & Mentoring
n
As a senior member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to:

- Provide clinical mentoring and coaching to Physiotherapists

- Support junior clinicians with complex presentations and clinical decision‐making

About You
n
We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who combines strong clinical capability with a genuine interest in supporting and developing others.
n
To be considered, you will ideally have:
n
n
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification - o/s applications will not be considered unfortunately
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Approximately 4+ years of Physiotherapy experience
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
n
- Experience managing a varied clinical caseload
n
- Previous mentoring, supervision or leadership experience would be highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management capabilities
n
- Commitment to evidence‐based practice and ongoing professional development
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Reliable access to a vehicle
n
- Ability to service clients across Melbourne's Northern suburbs
n
n
Experience within community, aged care, rehabilitation, home‐based care or a similar environment would be advantageous.
