Yulong Investments is a leading Victorian Thoroughbred Stud situated in the Nagambie area. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full Time Farm and Property Maintenance Hand to join our team.

We are looking for a reliable and self‐motivated individual, that has a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to undertake a variety of duties including general property maintenance, fencing repairs, grounds upkeep and stable cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- General carpentry and property maintenance across farm facilities and properties.
n
- Minor building repairs and maintenance.
n
- Basic construction and renovation projects.
n
- Repair and maintenance of fences, gates and farm sheds and stables.
n
- Routine maintenance of farming equipment and machinery.
n
- General cleaning of farm sheds, stables, barns and properties.
n
- Deep cleaning of stables, barns and properties when needed for peak periods and important events.
n
- Comply with all workplace health and safety and equal employment opportunity initiatives to contribute to a secure, healthy, equitable and ethical workplace.

- Work in accordance with management directions.

What we're looking for:

n

- Experience in a farm maintenance, property maintenance or similar role.
n
- Carpentry, building or trade experience preferred.
n
- Practical knowledge of construction, property upkeep, repairs and maintenance.
n
- Problem solving mindset.
n
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well‐presented property.
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
