Tandem Partners Australia is seeking a hands-on Workforce Planning Manager to lead the development of its first enterprise-wide Strategic Workforce Plan, with executive visibility and a December Board deadline. You'll bring together workforce, operational and strategic data, identify future workforce risks and opportunities, and author the paper shaping future workforce decisions.
