About The Role

n

As a Bookings Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are consistently met. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes. You'll work closely with nursing staff, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day rostering of agency nurses to ensure client needs are met
n
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and clients to confirm shift details
n
- Monitor shift coverage and respond to last-minute changes or cancellations
n




- Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shifts filled, and hours worked
n
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to optimise scheduling efficiency
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
n
- Previous experience in healthcare rostering, workforce management, or agency scheduling preferred
n
- Proficient computer skills with using Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, SharePoint and IT data systems
n
