THE POSITION:

- Stunning snowfield's location
n
- Fun, supportive team and a lively atmosphere

- Assist in the preparation, bulk cooking, and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings
n
- Cater for large school groups, corporate functions, and general day-to-day guests
n
- Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children
n
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines
n

THE PERSON:

n

n




- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
n
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded)
n
- Proven experience in bulk or high-volume cooking environments (service-ready and calm under pressure)
n
- Robust understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in settings involving children
n
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both junior and senior kitchen staff
n
- Passionate about fresh food with an eye for quality and presentation
n
- Ability to work nights, weekends & peak periods
n
- Reliability, good vibes, and a strong work ethic
n
